The zinc and the vitamin D3. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. A two-capsule serving provides 7.5mg of zinc (75% NRV) and 4µg of vitamin D3 (80% NRV). The sodium butyrate, calcium butyrate, inulin-FOS and the two live cultures strains are declared by name and amount only - no authorised claim exists in Great Britain for butyrate, for inulin or FOS, or for any live cultures strain, so we make none.

How do I take it, and how long does one pot last?

A serving is 2 capsules a day. The pot holds 120 capsules, so that is 60 servings - two months at one serving a day. Which live cultures strains are in it, and at what count?
